With over 25 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and investors, I focus on helping clients navigate cross-border investments, governance, and succession planning. Recognized by Chambers Europe as a “towering figure” in private equity and venture capital, I have advised on more than 300 transactions, working extensively across the US, Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets.At Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, I previously led the Family Office and High Net Worth and Venture Technology groups in Europe and now serve on the Global Steering Committee for Family Offices and HNW. I developed Liquidity+, a multi-disciplinary collaboration between Dentons, Grant Thornton and Vistra, designed to prepare families and entrepreneurs in the Middle East for liquidity events such as M&A, IPOs and intergenerational wealth transitions.I studied at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and am a trained mediator, bringing expertise in conflict resolution to support families in addressing governance and succession challenges. I am currently chairing TIGER 21’s first Family Office Group outside the United States, designed to bring together family office principals from across EMEA in a confidential, peer-driven forum to explore governance, succession, investing, legacy building and operational issues.A long-standing member of YPO, I previously led the global Deal Network, where I helped facilitate an ecosystem that enabled billions in transactions. My work centers on creating “teams of teams” to help families and entrepreneurs achieve their long-term goals.
